Family-Style White Fish a la Provencale

Family-Style White Fish a la Provencale

A family-style French à la Provençale dish featuring white fish fillets. Letting the fish simmer gently in the sauce rather than just resting on top lets the flavours properly soak in as the sauce thickens.
