1/2 cupharicots verts
1 cuppotato gratin
2 tspcreme fraiche
to tastedijon mustard
to tastebutter
to tastewhite wine
2 tbspolive oil
to tastesalt and black pepper

Instructions

Season the pork loin and saute it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 10 minutes.

Add the carrots, leeks and haricots verts, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the creme fraiche, dijon mustard, butter and white wine for 3 minutes.

Prepare the potato gratin separately according to package directions.

Let the pork simmer for about 18 minutes so it becomes tender.
