Ingredients

3 cupsstrong white flour
7gdried yeast
1/4 cupsugar
1 tspsalt
3/4 cupwarm milk
60gbutter, melted
1egg
75gbutter, softened for filling
1/2 cupmixed dried fruit
2 tbspmixed peel
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1 tspcinnamon
1 cupicing sugar
2 tbspwarm water

Instructions

Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add milk, butter and egg. Knead 10 minutes. Rest 1 hour.

Roll to a rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Scatter fruit, peel, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Roll up and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased tin touching each other.

Rest 30 minutes. Bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes.

Ice with icing sugar and water while still warm.
