200gshort grain rice
1Lwhole milk
400mlsweetened condensed milk
1cinnamon stick
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspground cinnamon for serving
1 pinchsalt
500mlwater
Instructions

Cook rice in water with cinnamon stick until water is absorbed.

Add whole milk gradually, stirring over medium heat.

Simmer stirring frequently 25 minutes until rice is very soft and creamy.

Add condensed milk and vanilla, cook 5 more minutes.

Remove cinnamon stick, add pinch of salt.
