200mlwater
100gsugar
cornflourfor dusting
500mlice cream of choice, scooped into balls and frozen

Instructions

Mix mochiko, water and sugar until smooth.

Microwave covered 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave 1 more minute. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Cool slightly. Dust bench generously with cornflour.
