150gharicots verts
200gshallots
1 cupgarlic
2 cupspotato gratin
2 tbspdijon mustard
1 tbspcreme fraiche
1/4 cupwhite wine
1 tbspthyme
1 tbspolive oil

Instructions

Drain and season the black beans, then grill them over medium-high heat until well browned, about 10 minutes.
