2 cupsfirm tofu
2cilantro
1/2 cupscallions
1/2 cupcarrots
2 cupsjasmine rice
1 tbsplemongrass
2 tbspstar anise
1 tspchili
1 tbspolive oil
to tastesalt and black pepper

Instructions

Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cube it, season, and saute over medium-high heat until well browned, about 7 minutes.
