1/2 cuppumpkin
200gcapsicum
4 servingscouscous
1 tbspmacadamia nuts
2 tspnative thyme
1/4 cuplemon myrtle
to tastebush tomato
2 tbspolive oil

Cube the tempeh and season it, then grill over medium-high heat until well browned, about 8 minutes.

Add the pumpkin and capsicum, cooking until softened, about 6 minutes.

Stir in the macadamia nuts, native thyme, lemon myrtle and bush tomato for 2 minutes.

Cook the couscous separately and fluff with a fork.
