4 tbspsoy sauce
4 tbspcalamansi or lime juice
4 clovesgarlic, minced
2 tbspbrown sugar
1 tbspbanana ketchup
spiced vinegarto dip

Instructions

Mix soy, calamansi, garlic, sugar and ketchup. Marinate pork 4+ hours.

Grill over charcoal or under high heat 5–6 minutes per side, basting with marinade.
