Ingredients
200gsago pearls (sabudana), soaked overnight
2medium potatoes, boiled and diced
100groasted peanuts, roughly crushed
3green chillies, finely sliced
1 tspcumin seeds
2 tbspghee or oil
1 tspsugar
1lemon, juice
fresh corianderto garnish
Instructions

Drain and rinse soaked sago pearls until water is clear.

Heat ghee, fry cumin seeds.

Add chillies and potatoes, cook 3 minutes.

Add sago, peanuts, sugar and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, 5–6 minutes until sago turns translucent.

Garnish with coriander. Serve immediately.
