1 tspShaoxing wine
1 tbspsoy sauce

Instructions

Season the shrimp and sear it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 7 minutes.

Add the shiitake mushrooms, scallions and bok choy, cooking until softened, about 8 minutes.

Stir in the Shaoxing wine and soy sauce for 2 minutes.

Cook the rice noodles separately according to package directions.

Let everything simmer for about 16 minutes so the flavors meld.
