400gpaneer, crumbled
2large onions, finely diced
3ripe tomatoes, diced
3 clovesgarlic, minced
2cmfresh ginger, minced
2green chillis, minced
1 tspground cumin
1 tspturmeric
1 tspgaram masala
3 tbspvegetable oil
1 tspcumin seeds
1 handfulfresh coriander
Instructions

Fry cumin seeds in oil until they pop.

Add onions and cook until golden, add garlic, ginger and chilli.

Add tomatoes and all ground spices, cook 8 minutes.

Add crumbled paneer and mix well.

Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

Season generously with salt.

Scatter with coriander.

Serve with buttered toast or paratha for an Indian-style breakfast.
