Beef Kofta with Pine Nuts
Lebanese grilled beef kofta enriched with pine nuts and Middle Eastern spices — juicy and aromatic. Squeezing every bit of liquid out of the grated onion before mixing it into the beef keeps the kofta firm enough to hold onto the skewers.
