6green chillis, roughly chopped
1 large bunchfresh coriander
1 small bunchfresh parsley
4 clovesgarlic
1 tspground cumin
1 tspground cardamom
1 tspsalt
100mlextra virgin olive oil
2 tbsplemon juice

Blend chillis, coriander, parsley and garlic until finely chopped.

Add cumin, cardamom, salt and lemon juice.
